ND Dept of Health Accepting Applications for Medical Marijuana Manufacturing Facilities

The ND Dept. of Health is accepting applications from entities interested in obtaining a registration certificate to operate a manufacturing facility under the North Dakota Medical Marijuana Program. A $5,000 nonrefundable application fee is required with all submitted applications. Applications will be accepted through April 19, 2018 at 4 p.m. CST.
“The registration of manufacturing facilities is a vital part of implementing the Medical Marijuana Program,” stated Jason Wahl, director of the Division of Medical Marijuana. “The applicants selected for registration will be responsible for the production and processing of products that will be available to qualifying patients.”
